E KOMO MAI, come and JOIN our VOLUNTEER SERVICES Team of Maui Nui (and around the world) folks who truly care about our History, our Culture and our Lineage.

We could not do this work without each and everyone of our Volunteer Services Team.  Please consider joining our ‘ohana as we focus on our Hawaiian Culture and our rich History of those who came before us!

We are the oldest Museum on the Valley island and depend on the dedication of Volunteers, supporters, Kama’aina and Malihini alike to offer the Public a look at our past while preserving our present and future.

Herein is our ‘wishlist’ of Volunteer Services/Positions:

• Docent- Museum and Grounds (currently in English and working toward tours in Olelo Hawai’i)

• Grounds Maintenance - Supporting typical grounds work for cleanliness, safety and beauty

• Growing our Garden- seeking ‘green thumbs’ to plant & malama foliage and flowers to perpetuate our cultural heritage

• Special Event Volunteers- to support our community wide programs, events, workshops and so much more!!

• Marketing- to kokua with the Kahea in getting the news out to our Maui Nui of all things happening at Hale Ho’ike’ike

• Grant Writing- to better support our Historical Site for generations to come!
